Tokyo (東京) City Wireframe with Claude

I have been tinkering with AI and JavaScript lately, and ended up building something cool: a 3D wireframe rendering of an imaginary city (Tokyo) that looks like it’s been ripped straight out of a retro sci-fi film. The whole city is drawn in crisp geometric lines, glowing like a digital blueprint, and you can glide between the skyscrapers, dive into neon-gridded streets, and take in the city from angles that feel straight out of an ‘80s cyber-dream — all running in real time, right in your browser.

Build

For the build, I used Cursor to help prototype and fine-tune the whole experience; Cursor sped up the process and let me focus more on the creative side — like making the skyline feel alive and the flight path smooth. The result is part nostalgic trip, part tech experiment, and entirely a love letter to retro-futuristic cityscapes.
